Meet the inspiring Dani Mayhew from New Zealand: a successful woman who has made a name for herself in the world of fitness and health.

She is a talented personal trainer who works at Les Mills, and is also a dedicated mother to her two boys. Her passion for health and fitness has always been the driving force behind her successful business “Training with Mayhew”.

Her journey truly took off after she gave birth to her first child, when she realized that her experience could help others in a similar situation. But, like many women, she found it challenging to find clear and consistent advice during and after her pregnancy.

Since then, Dani has found her passion lies in assisting pre, peri and post menopausal women to meet their fitness goals, in a way that is tailored to each woman’s unique menopausal journey. Dani has done extensive upskilling around exercise during menopause, allowing her to guide her clients fitness journeys in a way that is safe and effective.

Despite facing many obstacles, Dani never gave up, and her unwavering dedication has since led her to become a beacon of hope for so many people on their own fitness journeys.
